If what you've been telling yourself your whole life doesn't serve you anymore, keep reading. This is all about dropping the words you’ve been holding on to and cozying up to something far much more liberating: another possibility.

What do you believe about who you are? What invisible words have you been carrying around with you... for too long?

My word is "small." To me, that has meant a whole lot of things: Unheard. Invisible. Incapable. Insignificant. Left behind. Less than. Unable to fully express who I felt myself to be. None of that feels good and I don’t want to believe in it anymore.

We get attached to the words we use to describe ourselves and then those attachments play out in our everyday life, in all areas of our life.

Choose your self-descriptions with a greater awareness and I bet you’ll notice a difference in how you engage with the world.

When you let go of who you think you should be (and who you are) you get to decide what you're making room for.

I’m going to share some examples of what’s been coming up for me for most of my adult life. Let it inspire you to think of what’s been coming up for you, so you can breathe in something different today.
