Shipping & Returns

Changing Orders

If, after you placed your order, you want to add or subtract items from your order, please either place a new order for additional items or email me right away with any changes you'd like to make. Whenever possible, I’ll do my best to combine separately placed orders, but I’m unable to do so if your order has already shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, I can’t change the delivery address nor delivery options. I am not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, or stolen packages. I’ll do my best to inform you if any exceptions in shipping occur while in transit, but once your order is shipped, it’s no longer in my hands and I can't be held responsible for any delivery mishaps.

Shipping Times

Bookplates are sent regular "snail mail" and ship without tracking.

All print orders ship either USPS First Class Mail (without tracking) or USPS Priority Mail (tracking included). If your order has a tracking number, I'll email you with those details.

Estimated arrival times:

  • First Class Domestic: 3-8 business days
  • Priority Mail Domestic: 1-3 business days
  • First Class International: 2-3 weeks
  • Priority Mail International: 6-8 business days

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

By signing up for Informed Delivery by USPS® you can digitally preview incoming mail, check the delivery status of packages, leave delivery instructions for your USPS driver, reschedule a delivery, and manage notifications. Taxes & Additional Fees

USA - Massachusetts deliveries will incur the current state sales tax rate for “general goods” at checkout.

All other countries - You, the receiver, are responsible for paying any customs fees at the time of delivery. These rates are set by your home country for imported goods.

International Orders

International orders may take up to a month to arrive and may be subject to additional duties and taxes.

If your order has a tracking number (by selecting the Priority Mail shipping option at checkout), I'll email you with those details.

You, the receiver, are responsible for paying any customs fees at the time of delivery. These rates are set by your home country for imported goods. I have no control over additional fees and am not responsible for confiscated items or delayed orders.

Packages returned to me due to a failure or refusal to pay the duties or taxes are ineligible for a refund of shipping fees.

Returns & Refunds

You may return any physical and non-personalized item in the shop if you’re not 100% satisfied with your order. Custom made items cannot be returned.

For refunds, please contact me at jen@healingbrave.com within 10 days of delivery to initiate the return. The product must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of its arrival to you.

To receive a refund, the product must be unaltered and undamaged in its original state, packaged in a poly sleeve and shipped back in its original or identical extra rigid mailer. The product must be shipped back and postmarked within 30 days of delivery.

You’ll receive a refund on the cost of the returned product, minus any shipping fees, once I receive the order back and process it. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refunded. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.

You can expect a 2-3 business day turnaround for your refund once I have processed the return. Please note your financial institution may take additional time to process the refund on their end.

If your item was damaged in transit, I cannot guarantee a refund, but I’ll do my best to work with you on this. Please contact me at jen@healingbrave.com within 48 hours of receiving any damaged/incorrect items and include photos of the items. I cannot offer a refund without photos of the damage. Any replacements will be shipped with the same service they were originally sent, unless agreed upon otherwise.

Unless items arrive damaged or defective, I don’t accept returns or refund requests for:

  • Personalized or custom orders, including signed bookplates
  • Digital products and downloads

Cancellations

Most orders can be cancelled if they haven’t been shipped yet. Please request your cancellation asap by emailing jen@healingbrave.com. Custom items cannot be cancelled once they’re made.

  • Digital products and downloads
