Random Messages of Hope for the Soul
It could be a word. The way someone phrases what you could never put words to. A memory. Something you see in the sky, in the street, in someone's eyes. And just that one thing, in that moment, can spark change in your heart.
It could mean the difference between who you've been, and who you're becoming.
It could mean hope instead of fear, joy where there was pain—light in the darkness. It could mean everything.
Here are some "random" messages of hope, to help you keep your heart open to what's coming.
With all that's happening in the world, this feels necessary.
Which reminds me.
If you want to encourage a loved one from afar, send some good old-fashioned snail mail with my hand lettered greeting cards!
Above all, whatever it is you're hoping for right now, my hope is that you can feel yourself connected to that—to that person, that reality—in this moment. Feel it, meditate on it, see it in your mind.
Because you're connected right now to everything you want. You have everything you need inside of you, like a tiny acorn has the potential of a great oak, to be whatever it is you want to be.
To really soak in some good healing energy, close your eyes and listen to my Healing Heart Space guided meditation or my Belonging meditation. I promise, what's in there is meant for you.
Messages of Hope for the Soul
They way things are right now—they won't always be this way.
Even if your life isn't in full bloom, you are right where you need to be.
There is a place and a purpose for everything under the sun, including you.
If you're the moon, it's not the sun that affirms your light: it's the darkness that makes you shine.
You are strong enough... to make it through another day, to make it through another night. To change the way you think, to feel something different. To wake up tomorrow and love the world all over again. To love yourself better than you did yesterday.
The things you admire in others are reflections of the things that are also inside of you.
Beauty: is rising from rock bottom.
Life begins, again and again, with hope.
Sometimes, you have to let go of things for the simple fact that they're heavy.
Your pain is a sacred expression of the truth of this moment and an important part of what connects us. You're here to experience as much as possible, to find out just how resilient you are, how capable you are of changing the world around you by changing how you are inside. Don't shut any part of your experience away: you're here for the whole thing.
The best changes start on the inside.
May you find, and may you be everything you've been needing.
Rest, because you already are what you're looking for, like an acorn that holds its own destiny. Like the roots that sleep but still keep the light, the seed of everything you need is buried within you. Because you're meant to rise when it's your time... rest.
Love again. Love again. Love again. At the end of our lives, whether or not we loved might be the very thing that determines whether or not we lived (really lived), whether or not we mattered, whether or not we leave this world in peace. And we have such little time here.

Eileen, your words are so powerful. Thank you for your love and well wishes. I can feel your joy for us, and that love you see that we share is a reflection of what’s also inside of you. :) I believe love is fluid, inside and out, and you feel how present Love is in your life when you let the barriers break down. Keep feeding that feeling, that seed. Love is blossoming in you. x
