Read These 5 Thoughts If You’re Feeling Stuck (You're Not)

The first way to stop feeling stuck is to believe you have options. And you DO have options. This very moment, there’s an opportunity to choose another path, to believe in another way. Read this to remember: there's so much more to the book than the page you think you’re stuck on.

“Worry compounds the futility of being trapped on a dead-end street. Thinking opens new avenues.” – Cullen Hightower

If you’re feeling stuck, and it seems like everyone else is moving forward while you’re falling behind, know you are not alone. So many people feel this way. And that means you're right on time... in your life.

This is your life, after all.

Try thinking these thoughts to get you out of this rut...

(If you need *more* support than one blog post, get my book Sleep Affirmations for peace right where you need it. Or get Morning Affirmations to start your day feeling lighter and free. You'll love these!)

5 Liberating Thoughts to Think If You’re Feeling Stuck

1. “My awareness opens the doors to new possibilities.”

Self-awareness is not just something you either have or you don’t. It’s a skill you can strengthen. Pay attention to what’s happening in your environment, internal and external. Just explore how you're feeling without thinking of it as "good" or "bad."

From this silent nonjudgmental awareness, you can begin to unravel mental tension and emotional claustrophobia, opening yourself to new ideas.

2. “I rest with ease in the present moment.”

Open up to the possibilities available in the present moment by simply allowing yourself to know happiness right now. It's okay if it doesn't stay. Feel it here. Soften into the moment. Approach what's here with a grateful spirit, and release any guilt or fear that'd keep you from appreciating being alive.

Being here... it's a gift.

“Feelings are just visitors, let them come and go.” – Mooji

3. “My life is dynamic because I welcome change.”

The ever-present element of change is what makes life interesting, creative, abundant, new.

You invoke the creativity of the universe when you welcome change. And the best place to welcome it? Here, now. It's where the next beginning comes from.

Life becomes vibrant as you become alive and open to the moment you're actually living. THIS is life.

4. “I am worthy of a life without limitations.”

You’re one with the entire cosmos, and your worth is always infinite. Recognize your unique contribution to life and embrace your role here. You ARE life.

A genuine, even spiritual self-worth is not boastful or cruel, but natural and joyful. Your playing small does not serve the world, so don’t shrink away from who you are.

You’re meant to be here as you.

Look beyond limitations, embrace your highest vision for yourself, and expand on who you are. Your authentic presence automatically enlightens others, and brightens everything.

5. “I am being taken care of.”

You don't have to fight your way through the obstacle. You can do something else.

When you surrender to what is, and trust that you're being supported, the organizing power of the entire universe opens up to you.

You don't have to be spiritual to think this. You can simply believe in life itself, in that it's always changing, rearranging, and making things new.

Try seeing stress as a communication tool. Life is speaking to you, trying to tell you you’re out of flow and resisting. Be more aware and curious about your environment, all the while trusting that you're taken care of here and now... and flow will find you.

. . .

Tell me:

Which of these thoughts did you need to read today?

Tell me in the comments. I read every single one, and I'd love to know!

With love,

Jen
