Blessings // for You, for the Earth, for Everyone

Blessings // for You, for the Earth, for Everyone

Every now and then, you need someone to tell you that they believe in you. You need to know you're in someone's thoughts, in their prayers and in their heart.

It's the knowledge that you're not alone in your struggles and in your hopes, and sometimes that's all you need to keep going.

These blessings are for you and for us all, Mother Earth included.

It's my way of making sure you know that you're in someone's thoughts—my ownand that I believe in who you are.

May these serve you and the kind of world you want to live in, the kind of life you want to participate in.

Every now and then, you need someone to tell you that they believe in you. You need to know you're in someone's thoughts, in their prayers and in their heart. It's the knowledge that you're not alone in your struggles and in your hopes, and sometimes that's all you need to keep going.

Blessings

When your heart breaks, let it break so completely that the world falls in.

May your sorrows be a small price to pay for the love you had a hand in making.

May grace find you and keep you, which is to say: may you find yourself suddenly in a different dimension from the one where you were stuck.

May the tears you cried water the seeds you're planting.

May you never lose hope, for hope will never desert you.

May you find beauty where others see nothing at all.

May your joy enable you to create more joy for others.

May all beings everywhere know the warmth of being loved.

May we live alongside one another as friends, and not easily be swept up in the fear that we are separate.

May we love so deeply that even those who don't agree with us feel welcomed.

May our love for the world transcend belief and conviction. Let us work together to build a future for our children, and leave behind a world they can be proud to inherit.

Let us care for the Earth as She provides for us.

Let us tend the gardens of our hearts in the cold of winter.

Let us look to nature for the answers to our most important questions. Let us ask the trees about patience and the winds about change; the rivers about courage and the wildflowers about knowing their place.

If this isn't a season of blooming, may it be a season of rooting: of acceptance, and of rest.

May you learn how to release what's not yours to keep. May you learn how to trust the journey even when you do not understand its meaning.

And if you are still searching for a miracle, may you find it standing in front of a mirror with forgiveness on your lips.

. . .

Tell me:

What's one thing you wish for others, and for yourself?

Tell me in the comments. I read every single one, and would love to get some good karma flowing.

Jen

    Jen,
You and Healing Brave are a blessing to me and to others. You create a beautiful space where thoughts and feelings and emotions are expressed in words of love and honesty and beauty and hope and joy. Your words strike hidden chords in me, in others, and surely in your “dent in the universe”. You are a remarkable person, a very beautiful person I am thankful to know. You are a gift. You a blessing to me. Thank you.
