5 Affirmations to Reclaim Your Power & Radiate Your Truth
You don’t need to protect your energy like you’re at war with everyone else. You honor what is, and what's around you, first. You stand in your own power and let that be a light for others. Use these affirmations to help you live in your own light and influence, before anything or anyone else has a say.
“You don’t have to worry about what their vibration is if your vibration is one of connection. Because, if your vibration is one of connection, you’re going to dominate the vibration.” — Abraham-Hicks
First things first, these affirmations are NOT about being positive despite what you’re feeling or experiencing. Authentic positivity is a powerful thing, so we’re after authenticity first—honesty is the foundation for sustainable positive change.
More than sporting a relentlessly positive attitude, these affirmations are conscious consultations of our own priorities and energy.
By addressing what’s already here as it is, without fighting it or fleeing from it, you’re not feeding it: you’re actually honoring your ability to stand in your own presence without being pulled into the energy around you.
Use these affirmations to realign with what matters to you, regardless of what’s going on around you—not despite others’ energy, behavior, or decisions, but because this is who YOU are.
5 Affirmations to Reclaim Your Power with Authenticity & Passion
1. My energy is my responsibility.
I am mindful and aware of my own energy—this is my main priority. I live my life consciously. I take my vibration seriously. Each challenge is a chance to affirm who I am and want to be, and why I do what I do.
2. My presence is my power.
I can offer relief without giving away my own peace. I stand strong. Others may take refuge in my presence without me getting pulled into their story. I tell my story with confidence.
It’s not your job to control how other people live their lives, but you can influence them by how you live your life.
3. Love guides me back to my power and truth.
I harness the power of love to protect me from anything that is not loving. Anytime I lose my way or forget what really matters, I summon Love to remind me of my own strength. Love is the way I walk in truth.
Connect with your own energy and be so focused on what you’re generating within you that what others do and say cannot find a home in your field.
4. I compose my own vibration.
Emotions happen, but feelings are fed. I honor what my emotions have come to tell me and I embrace my power to feed the feelings that I want to stick with. I am the composer of my inner harmony.
5. I am a peace activist.
I am a light-bringer and I speak in the name of love. I do not waver in the face of fear because I know what I am here to give. I don’t need to fight when I know that peace is who I am.
It is not war to protect your energy. Honoring your heart, your truth, and your priorities is how you offer the world what YOU have to give. A true peace activist doesn’t fight or force; they radiate peace.

Michelle, I’m so glad these can help you through this part of your life. I myself have decided to let go of alcohol over these last months, and it has been one of the most meaningful decisions I’ve made in my life. I wish you the strength you need and light when you need it most, to make it through and love your decisions fully. x

I am a peace activist. There is no military solution. Any form of disassociation from myself like: fight, flight, freeze, or fawn (codependency) is abandoning my true self and is not love it is a form of fighting, succumbing to others’ power. If I just stay in my truth I am being a
peace activist. My truth is I am love, I give love and revive love unconditionally.
