3 Restorative Sleep Affirmations to Help You Heal
1. My breath is my guide back to peace.
As I breathe in peaceful possibility, I release any resistance to quiet in my soul. All is well and safe here; all is right and whole. Mindful, steady breathing carries me back home.
Sleep is a healing salve for the mind and body, honey for the heart and soul.
2. Sleep is calling me, and I must go.
My body listens to the whispers of night, telling me softly to be at ease. There is time enough for the day, and now it is my time to dream. The weight of the day is lifting as my thoughts are drifting toward sleep.
3. Sleep brings clarity.
Everything I need to know is revealed to me when it’s for my greatest good. The timeline and method are not mine to design. The essence of what I desire is understood. I release all outcomes and they dissolve into truth.
The best thoughts to fall asleep with are those that open your mind to forgiveness of yesterday, peace with today, and hope for tomorrow.
