5 Sleep Affirmations from My Bedtime Book for Adults
1. Where I am is okay.
I let go of all the fear that I should be somewhere other than here. There’s no wrong decision, no path that I’m on that I’m not meant to be on. I swim in pure acceptance, receptive to every message. This is the right way.
By reading inspirational text at night, you provide a nourishing pause for your brain and set the stage for healing and repair.
2. Each deep breath is a love note.
I focus on slow, steady breathing. Each breath feels like a drop of honey flowing through me. Oxygen breathes ease into every alcove of my body. My breathing is a message of peace and harmony.
3. Sleep is my spiritual practice.
I am deeply involved with the practice of letting things be as they are. Sleep is a way of contacting my highest truth, my deepest heart. My journey becomes a state of absolute gratitude. I practice going there now.
Waking up refreshed and ready to bring your best self into the world is proof that positive results come when you prioritize real rest.
4. There is only room for gratitude.
I leave no space for unhappiness to dwell in me. As my heart pumps gratitude into every cell of my body, I’m filled with awe. I am grateful for the sweetness that’s flowing through me. I am ready to follow the call of sleep.

5. Dear universe: I am thankful.
I send a love note to the universe: Thank you for letting me know what it’s like to live. I’m truly blessed, even when there’s suffering. If I can’t take anymore, I will try to give. I appreciate another chance to open my heart and live.
