Read these affirmations for transformation to remember: you’re not only in the journey but that you ARE a journey. When you believe it, it's easier to see life as an adventure. And to pick yourself up after every failure or heartache.
“One way to get the most out of life is to look upon it as an adventure.” — William Feather
It’s okay to be frustrated. You’re not the only one who gets fed up with where you are in your journey. Honor that struggle and try not to turn the struggle into the enemy.
Your frustration is a gift… if you’re paying attention.
It takes honesty, awareness, and courage to look at your frustration head-on and acknowledge it for what it’s telling you. Maybe there’s something you need to stop doing, or maybe you need to reevaluate the reason why you’re doing what you’re doing.
There is a better way. Sometimes, we need to feel the frustration before we open our minds and hearts to a new way of doing things.
Through vulnerability, you stop struggling with your struggles. You learn to let yourself be exactly where you are, before anything else.
Every single one of these affirmations for transformation is an invitation for you to keep moving. Pick your favorite and live by it so that when you get sucked into the rabbit hole of comparison or doubt or regret, you’re awake enough to see it for what it is: a messenger of change.
Affirmations for Transformation to Read, Recite & Live By During Times of Confusion, Frustration, Struggle & Transition
1. I use frustration for transformation.
My frustration is a gift because I choose to turn it into a greater awareness of what’s right for me right now. I choose to build my life on the courage to be honest with myself. I choose a deeper depth and greater heights.
2. I am meant to be here.
I am meant to feel what I’m feeling. I am planted purposefully in this place. I got here on purpose and this is where I fuel myself with greater purpose. I am not meant to be anywhere else because it’s from here that I make lasting changes.
“There is no calamity like not knowing what is enough.” — Lao Tzu, Tao Teh Ching
3. I am growing.
How I’m feeling is an indicator of growth. A journey of expansion is not without its struggles. I learn how to live better by confronting all the ways I don’t want to live. I am willing to grow through the dirt so I can unfold my petals and blossom into my highest truth.
4. I am destined for change.
I am meant for bigger things than a life of comfort and settling. I was born to change. I am ready to work with a supportive universe and co-create new and rich experiences. I am ready to live how I’ve never lived before.
"No” sometimes just means “not yet.” Everything that you’re meant to experience arrives according to your soul’s readiness—not a moment sooner or later than it’s meant to.
5. My life is on time.
Nothing is going to get here before I’m ready for it. What I’m working so hard for won’t arrive a moment sooner or later than it’s meant to. I choose to be here with purpose. I choose to trust that all of the things I’m hoping for will arrive when I’m most ready for them.
