Cheyanna, this feeling is a hard thing to carry, to walk around with, I know… I’ve found that letting the feeling be there though, and letting it have space to exist, helps me remember that we all feel this way sometimes. We’re all human. Even this feeling of isolation or loss or emptiness is a thread that connects us to each other. I’d recommend the meditations that I have on my site (I’m coming out with more soon).
