Gloria, my heart is with you, too, during such a difficult and emotionally exhausting time. You have more strength within than you might think you do… You need to listen to your heart and do what is right by it, what is right by your present and your future. You are strong enough to say what you need and set those boundaries and move towards a healthier environment for yourself. You deserve that much. x

Hi Scot, thank you for sharing this! I’m wishing you well in your search for a new beginning… I myself just did the same, and it took some months for me to find the right fit, but keep your head up and hope alive and you’ll find your fit. Writing poetry and drawing is itself a kind of meditation, I think :)

Good morning or afternoon Let me begin by sayin I’m a Born-Again Christian(A Protestant🙏) This was a good Restore your Hope list. The best two quotes to me were by C.S. Lewis & Robert Schuller. I’ve been unhappy with my workplace conditions and stress at my workplace in Central Ohio. I have used Indeed dot com in the past 2 weeks & I’m hopeful for a couple interviews soon. I hope to Interview with a few Employers and get involved in Selling or become a Cable/Internet Installer. I write a little Poetry & draw with Charcoal & Lead Pencils from time to time. This is therapeutic for me & Drawing & meditarion has been shown to be beneficial 4 anyone that experiences Anxiety. I don’t meditate because my mind is too active & I prefer gaming on my cell to attempting to focus on my breathing. How was that for a message? Have a great week. Roman’s 8:28-31
