Use these 7 affirmations to bolster your connection to daily love so that you can feel supported and connected 7 days a week. The more loving you are, the more loving the world becomes.
Sensing the love on a daily basis is as practical as it is spiritual. Living through the lens of love — how loving can we be? — opens doors to solutions where before we only saw a wall.
Love tends to color our experiences with richer meaning and gives us a foundation to stand on during tough times.
Since there are 7 days in a week and plenty of opportunities for losing touch with our cool, calm, and collected center, here are 7 affirmations, in the name of all things loving.
Read them. Write them to better plant them in your center. Put them in your phone as notifications to bring you back to love. Put them on your calendar, on your walls or on your desk. Share them in your social media posts and conversations. Live them.
7 Affirmations for Daily Love, Monday—Sunday
1. I see myself as a channel for daily love.
I am here today to love. As I give with generosity and ease, I receive so much more than I could have hoped for. I lean in and better learn how to be a clear channel for love.
2. I see my work as a channel for daily love.
Whatever I do, I can do it with love. What I do with love is done well.
If you love the work, it is your Work. Your body of work is your extension and expression of your beloved.
3. I see my relationships as opportunities to better understand love.
I can see my relationships as platforms for growth. Rather than control what anyone else does, I focus on what I can control: what I focus on and how I choose to see. I wonder how things could change if I changed the way I loved.
Relationships are platforms for growth, but sometimes growth feels like pain.
4. I see the earth as a vessel of love.
Everything that I see around me is proof that love has ruled for as long as the world has lived, and then some. Love gives life. Life allows for more love to be shown.
5. Love is everything that I see, and more.
My spiritual connection to everything, visible and invisible, is born of my love for being alive. I feel the love of the whole universe dancing through the cells in my body. I am infinitely connected to more than my mind can fathom.
You don't ever need to stop learning how to love.
6. I play because that, too, is love.
I am learning how to play again. I am learning to grow a childlike wonder in my heart. I am willing to see the beauty in anything. I smile at the joy that shows up when I show up with a lighthearted view.
Play is integral to the harmony of your life.
7. I rest because that, too, is love.
I sleep to heal my body and nourish my dreams. I sleep to grow stronger and better meet my own needs — and the needs of others. I allow myself real rest, time off from the world, and many deep breaths to reorganize my soul.
