Hi Robert, I would have to go back through the entire book most likely (which I’ll probably do someday) to find each quote. I found each of these through reading the book and writing down the phrase or sentence as I came across it because I knew I wanted to put a list of quotes together from it. I do that with a lot of books, fiction or non. There are tiny nuggets of wisdom tucked away in every book I’ve read so far… why I love reading so much!
