This is a meditation to reconcile all of your feelings, even the most heart-breaking ones. It's part poetry, part imagery, all love. Through visualization, you'll be guided into the "room of your heart," breathing in and out light. I even wrote special affirmations for this track to help you access the wisdom within the sorrow. At the end you'll know, that it's OK to feel this way. It's OK to be you. You'll make it through this, too.
